Proof isn't valid you started to run at him and tried to shot and he have to defend himself. So he shot you and you fall like it's a spawnkill you could stop and run far away from him until you gets spawn-protection off. Bad luck.

:/ nerd before me he killed anosh so i thought he do go for head shot and i started running away and he shot me for further proof i can show you full video .-. ":X

It is certain that he shot you to defend himself, you could have stayed at spawnloc or shouldn't have gone near him, also try to use movement keys along with shift key when are knocked down to escape easily, denied.
