Guys, how to add npc like this that will not kill me or anyone will just walk around like this? Help please.

There's a command named '/addpropnpc', in which its parameters will be NPC type (it'll describe the IDs for each NPC once you type the command empty; it will give a description), Team ID (the team in which the NPC won't attack), and a Name. Whenever you have to moment to remove the NPC, bump into the NPC (editing mode enabled) & it'll specify it's index. Use /removepropnpc <Index> to successfully delete him/her. Hopefully this was enough information to solve your point of confusion.

Nab Razz i know that. I just wanted to say that prop npc are just for killing us but i want them to be civillian dont shoot us as you can see in the video it's on normal world.

You only have the option to set your NPC a team to belong to, while to attack other teams. You could set the property's skin exact as the NPC's team as they were to act like a civillian.

Good suggestion. Well... Setting checkpoints is coming next patch. I can probably also try to add one team that doesn't attack any team, but at the same time... a NPC that doesn't attack is a moving object and there are commands for making objects move.
