Date and time of Rulebreaking:Today
What did he do? Describe please:he had the exact same thing as other guy i reported before he did a death evade pause death evade as you can see int clip 3 i was shooting him and he did pause and he also like a hp hacker at that time because i chopped his head and he still had full health and surprising thing is that,after i chopped his head,he was alive and he some how teleported to the other guy and both had the same skin while kiu78kiuyo has selected normal skin .-. see the clip 3 must,i dunno how on earth he did it without getting killed .-.

Most of your clips weren't useful to prove that he was pause evading except the third clip. HP hacking isn't confirmed from all of those clips. He seemed to be a lagger, however the third clip, he started to pause evade when you knocked him down with the M4. I remember that there was a bug where a lagger gets shot in the head and his health doesn't drop. The main point is that he pause evaded, caught in camera & will lead to him a warning.
