What did he do? Describe please: Cheat with new players and get cash
WTF ? he want to be admin too ? how this tard still in VK STAFF ? is he in event staff ?

lol, guys ask from "mkooo" he's my friend I was just trolling him. As he is a new player, he is not familiar of server rules, cmds and all other features. So he used to ask me. As I was busy in killing this kid Sparta aka Valdis, he asked me duke how to fill my bank then rule told him to use /deposit all. After that he asked me the same question, then I used to trolled him and said "/givecash du all" as he knew that I am trolling him he didn't send me even 1$.
And about this report this is just a revenge what I've done with him in-game.
You guys can ask mkooo he is my friend and he isn't having any problem with me.

1. This log tells that I am his friend.
