Hi guys,my real name is Bilal and I'm from Pakistan studying in 10th grade.I love playing video games, I like hanging out with my besties,going for movies. I like to play cricket and VCMP is my favourite game out of all.I will be 17 on November 20.

What do you have to do as an admin:
-Respect Staff members and Players
-Keep server hack-free
-Help both newbies and regular players
-Be active and loyal

Why are you interested in becoming an admin:
I'm interested to be a part of VKs staff to help the current staff as who are busy in real life and to make server free from rule breakers. I can help newbies at my best as I'm very active now a days even when my exams are going on.

What qualifies you for the position of an admin:
1.My attitude towards players.
2.I'm not gonna get easily triggered when someone abuse me
3. I proved my activity
4. I'm friendly and like to help others
6. Decent English
7.I will be always there when server needs me no matter what.
8.I will do my best to keep vks server at top ;v,it is on top btw.

-Can be easily triggered and cannot try to control his anger.

To staff members : I don't have any personal issue with this guy.But from my view,he is not ready to be a part of staff member.Check his way of behaving properly regularly in server (not here),he can be easily triggered by some small kind of stupidity by others and sometimes he may get outburst,in which he fails to control himself.Sometimes,he does act like weird which is some kind of unacceptable and some type of kiddish act.

Once a time,Thunder and me were playing each other in prop 100.Suddenly,this guy joined the prop without any notice.He started to watch our fight and he stood aside.After some minutes,he was getting bored and he started to hitting us occasionally foer fun.I know it was his for fun but it was unacceptable for us in that time only,then I told him to stop doing this but he ignored our words.After that,I left the prop and joined the prop 75,then thunder started to fight with him and some other noobs there in prop 100.Then,Thunder personally got raged from him and he used his admin cmd to kick him from prop 100,I couldn't report thunder because I cannot saw that information "kick message".Then maxpayne personally got anger to me and he didn't ask to me about this situation, because he was wrongly blaming me that it was me,while I don't have access to use that cmd.Then he started to disrespecting and camping me because he couldn't control his anger and didn't tried to ask about it for once because I was unaware of that situation.Then I told him in 1st attempt that it was thunder,not me.But he didn't listen to me and considered as lie.In second time,he came to knew that it was thunder.Then he stopped.He knew that he can report an admin with his chat logs.Instead of reporting,he keep shown his anger and kiddish act against me.So,this proves that he can be easily triggered and cannot control his anger.

Guys,It's not mean that I'm personally taking my revenge by voting negative in his app.I could have given positive to him if he have started to shown his matureness and awareness after thunder's case,but he is still usual as he was.(this case was happened before a month).
I can give him a positive soon if he starts to improve himself from today and reaches to his goal ASAP.I'm just doing my duty honestly and everyone knows that VKs is looking for best of best persons for staff job and staff work cannot be done correctly by having the good friendship and personal relationship with low qualified members and then accepting them to the staff because of their's opinion that they just try it better.Think about once,what will happen if this applicant will be accepted right now?
From my side,he will use his admin cmds in useless manner when there is good time to use it properly (sometimes it is good that we using admins cmds for fun,but not everytime).And he will misuse his admin cmds against innocent because I can see that he is not fully aware of server rules.
