Introduction
We all notice that the VKs Official server gets a decent amount of players per a day. We can expect that administrators will get online although risk of cheaters are pretty high. However, although the server is crowded with killers, administrators will be get involved into it and get off-hook of their duty. It irritates me that I notice that players are calling an administrator for assistance like million times & the administrator doesn't notice it due to duels or fights. That's why I'd like to introduce an suggestion that will gather further notice to administrators while they are killing players, which that is why I'm suggesting an NPC who will serve for an assistance worker.
What is this idea you've in mind?
In the server, players will have access to an command named /callassistance or /assistance for a shorter term. It will randomly select any NPC name they will serve the player (just to make it look realistic) for assistance. The player will be given an option from the NPC to call an administrator who is online (a command that will serve a yes or no incase he uses the command mistakenly). Once he accepts it, the NPC will lookout for administrators online (if their isn't any, the process will stop) and send a private announcement through their screens (announce ID 1 is recommended so it doesn't annoy the administrator doing whatever he is doing) to give awareness to them. The NPC will ask the administrator by the announcement if he is available to assist a player (/response yes for "Yes, I'd like to assist him" & /response no for "No, I'm currently busy"). If the administrator accepts it, it will notify the player who asked for assistance that the administrator will help him in whatever scenario. If the administrator denies it, it will sent another announcement to the next following administrators online. If all the administrators denies it, it will sent back a message to the player that, unfortunately no one would help him at this moment.
What benefits this idea in our server?
Overall, their is no doubt to add this to the server. It's an big advantage for our moderation & security. Please give out your best opinions about it & vote. Thank you for your attention.

- It will give bigger awareness when the administrator is dueling/fighting.
- If a player tries to abuse this command, don't worry, the administrator has the option to deny it

They shouldn't have to call an admin 1 million times. Report any admins to level 8+ who are not doing their job and we will replace them. Admins are allowed to duel and have fun, but they are not allowed to ignore a call for help for more than 5 minutes. They should at least say: I will help you after I am finished with my duel/minigame.
I am not sure a system would help since there are admins like this and we need to figure out who they are, but it's hard since no one reports it to me or any level 8+...

Agreed, most of community won't bother report although they don't realize that this isn't a rulebreak. However, the point is that when their are not paying attention in chat.

There are many admins who doesn't do there job correctly whenever come enjoy the server just. They are supposed to be careful on the chat mostly cuz anybody can call an admin.
