Yeah, I saw him too he was stats padding. But i was in fight so i was not able to confirm it.
As frost have also seen it so i have confirmed. Good luck with your report.

well it could be spawn killing by heli-blade but rqwr did not report
so i guess when rqwr reports then this will be taken as a report

i dont really know about this stuff i mean rules

Well frost when u get brb before these logs , they still padding stats and when I try to goto p 370 it was lock and not all were stats padding only blackhawk!!.and it was spawn killing i have better logs than this so @admins wait for me so I can give u more logs cuz i am not at my home .

For now im going to give them a warn even the proof is not enought.
If you saw one of them doing it again try to record them and report.

I can think of possibilities about the spree. We can conclude that [DX]Shinchi[D] spawnkilled with the beli-blade. That's reason I'd record. Unfortunately, that player locked the prop, right? Weren't there any chance you could've got in the prop?

Proof is definitely not enough. We can check IP and aliases, but if they match then they won't get kills or cash due to the server settings. The only valid proof would be a video.
