After admins vote you should try to improve these things they mentioned in theirs votes and give your best to they can change theirs votes, what you would do after see this votes is Reading carefully the rules and report these players who really break the rules, this last days you had reported but still some of these reports are denied, if you would be admin i believe that you would warn them or kick, and that would be bad for us, our reputation how server will get down for have an inexperienced admin. just see what you was replying many times yesterday.

where the rules says that we should kick players with 1000+ ping ?.
I recommend you to re-read the rules carefully and improve your behavior as well (as i saw you get raged for that).
