Well Duke, I heared that you're changed, not like before, I'm not sure how was you before and how you're now, honestly, Because everytime I saw you normal, But this is Admin application, right, We need best of the best, you're maybe ready for it, but you need little more improvements to be part of us. After a long time, I was waiting to send a reply. So, I was thinking that there are many "Nos" that I have to change in "Yes". Guys, I know I sometime react very bad with many players but I never wanted to start a rage due to some abusive language used by me and any other who starts it first. I want to finish all that in-game conflicts which even don't have any purpose behind. There is no purpose behind these in-game rivalries, even guys think for a min, is there any purpose behind these in-game fights? Answer comes to an end and which's "NO". So, Signal this is the way I found to control my temper.
As, Signal said in his reply that I am a short tempered guy and I have to find a way to control it but trust me guys from now on-wards I won't react too kiddish or too childish, or immature. I became to know that if I really want to get a admin level here so firstly I have to treat everyone equally whether he or she is an admin or a random player.
I want to apologize everyone for my rude behavior and all those abuses. Guys, once again I am trying to become a serious person due to presence of some faults in me and I assure that I won't make myself felt regret or any other friend who really cares about me more.
I request all respected admins to think about me once because trust me I won't make you feel guilty due to your positive votes and support with me. I assure you guys that I will be loyal to this respected VKs admin job. I don't want to beg it because I assure that from on-wards I deserve it.
Waiting for you positive replies and your support for me anyhow you guys can also test me.

I'll still stick with a NO. You just need to wait for couple of weeks and again apply for Admin-ship. So that your behavior will be observed and it will be much easier for the admins to make their decision then. I dont have any person issues with you. You're a nice person. Hello Duke,
Thanks for showing interest towards the staff job.As far as I've concerned you,you are having good English skills and you activity is good too.But most of staffs have pointed out that your behaviour or attitude is not good.
Sometimes,you act like in raging way and sometimes you do some type of childish jokes with others and staffs too.
But man,if you are thinking that I took your harshed and joking words seriously,so you are wrong.
I didn't take it seriously and I didn't say anything about this after that.But duke,you have to think carefully that these type of jokes may harm to some others.
Suppose,you are working as a staff member in the server, suddenly an experienced player joins the server.He started to asked you to teach him some server features and commands.You started to answering him to his every question.The way of talking shows your personality and it also you are representing our VKs community.If you started to do some jokes with him like "you are kid " , "grow up kid", etc.It means he will start thinking something bad about VKs staffs,so it will lead to bad reputation because you are not treating him well because a staff is required to take responsibility to treat others in good manner.
So,what I want to say that be good to others,never start getting anger for some small things.If someone starts to abuse you,you have right to use /ignore command.
Sorry,I'm going with NO for this time,do not take it seriously.You have chance to become as a staff member but it requires much loyalty, honesty and much efforts.And I'm sure that you will be accepted next time once you have improved your behaviour.
