I've seen you ingame at least one time I think, so you aren't 100 % unknown. But If you really want to become an admin play here for at least some weeks and show us that you are active. You can't apply for an admin position on a server you've hardly been on and might not even like. 1 hour in this server isn't enough playtime for you to know that you will actually be active here and always have fun playing here.

My answer is: No. Be active on the server for some weeks and then make another apply and you might get accepted.
