Death evade rule say first warn then transfer rrset and temp ban. Nothing about if old player or not.

Stylish was clearly timed out which is why in his screen Rule was not dying, also the way how DanielS is running straight makes it apparent. Rule has also provided proof that Stylish had timed out.

Thunder, first of all even if it was an evade you shouldn't ban him as Krlozz said, also for next time look at proof carefully rather than looking at the reporter's name.
