How long you played on VC:MP: Almost 7 months
1st on Romania mega War Server i got level 5 there but because of some reasons left it (5 months)
Then on VCCNR i love that server but now i started hating it becase of new sort of rules (1 to 2 months)

What level you want: level 9 to level 8 any
What would you never do as an admin: I will never Hack or not do any thing against the rules. I will never give You a chance to ban me.

First of all don't post two admin apps in one topic.
Taweel: Your english is understandable and you are old enough to become an admin. But the server currently has no host and I'm not sure I've seen you before on the server, so your app will be marked as noted and when the server opens we will consider your app.
Najoel: Your english is also understandable and we do not have any admins that speaks hungary, so that could be usefull. You also have a "yes" vote from another admin (razor), so your app will also be marked as noted until the server opens and when it does we will consider your app.
