Probably due to the fact that you "attacked" the server/forum, that's not easily forgivable even after 3 months.
Also you're the definition of a bully to other players, you're a complete dickhead that disturbs admins and reply with stuff like "Solved", "Accepted", "Denied" in administrative topics. Want me to go on?

But what I said above only applies to the forum. I don't know what you've done on the server except impersonating players. I am going to send a PM to the rest asking them. I'll give you a decision tomorrow, that will be made as fairly as possible.

I've talked to a few head admins some say that they haven't seen you do anything on the server other than impersonating, but some say they have seen you break more rules. I am not so sure if you're sorry, so I have to deny this application. Here's what you can do about it:

1. You can do 3 tasks for me to earn your forgiveness.
2. You apply again in 1 month for an unban appeal.
3. You can ignore what I just said and be yourself, but I will mostly likely not unban you in the future if you do that.
