Server Patch 3.5

Note: I didn't hold my promise to release these more frequently, the NPC system distracted me too much and I lost the interest of scripting it. This patch is a Disappointment to me at least, I wanted to add so many more things. It's time for me to start giving you more patches frequently. I'm going to script a new minigame and a new job + add some custom content for next patch and it's going to be smaller, so you guys can get the content faster. Hopefully this fixes some annoying bugs you've had to deal with for over 2 months.

Patch 3.5

General

New things
- Nameban has now been added, so that ban evaders can just Dream about having a real account.
- /permaban has been added. Use this only for ban evaders. It doesn't prevent them from coming back but hopefully it gets rid of for more than 10 seconds.
- You can now disable auto-login, which means that you have to /login everytime you join. This is useful for anyone with brothers who play on the same computer, that you don't want to use your account.  
- Ýou can now change sensitivity with num 8 and num 4. Not sure if it's that useful, but the alternative is there.
- The first part of a system to detect rule breakers have been implemented. Admins can use this system to find potential suspects that might be hackers. The system should not be used as proof, it should only help to limit the searches. It's based on the alias history of the player. If someone is level 3 it means that they are either extremely new to VKs or a ban evading hacker. Keep an Eye on them.
- A bar has been added to Malibu. It's nothing special just some cool small thing to try out if you want to fight/drive drunk. The price is 1000 dollars for a drink. It was supposed to be run by bob the bartender, but I am not finished with the NPC system and I want to focus on giving you content.
- Kent paul's spawning location has been moved from the inside of Malibu to the outside. Mostly because players that lag might trigger the menu if they spawn at the same Place as the bar.
- Admins can now addupgrades, but be careful they're logged and abuse of this command will be punished.
- Added a whats new server message. Just to advertise the server Changes a Little more.
- More killing levels than 25 has been added to the server. Hopefully new ones doesn't have to be added for another 5 years lol.
- Added a max Connection limit per UID. Which prevents someone for joining the server with 30 accounts. Right now as requested by CrystalBlue and the people filming a Youtube series on VKs, the limit is 4.
- A new command for returning to the player you're dueling with has been added.



Improvements
- /nogoto on and /nogoto full should now be fixed so that you can't teleport to everyone just because you're in a team. This was tested to the best of my abilities, let me know if there still is a bug and I'll fix it next weekend.
- Only the owner can now setpropvehmodels that are of a custom ID. Which means that everyone has to purchase the model themself at the zone.
- The next job in /lumberjack or /garbageman will not automatically start, which means you have to enter the sphere an extra time to start the next job. This means that you quit anytime without losing the jobs per day you can do.
- Players can no longer talk or use /msg without being logged in first.
- proploc for admins no longer works if the property is closed. A message will show up telling them to use /aproploc. Abuse of aproploc is not allowed.
- Admins can now spectate a player immediately with /Spectate instead of having to go through all players. Abuse of spectate is of course not allowed.
- The code that is being run when you spawn has been improved. What this means for the players is unknown for me, but maybe you will spawn faster? Let me know.
- Alias is optomized as well as admins, which should make commands like /admins and /asay a lot faster.
- /sense is no longer reset unless you exit the property or use /sense 10 again to reset it.
- Givecash can no longer be used unless you're registered. So if someone wants to steal cash from anyone else they have to register the account which with /getlogs will make it super easy to find them. It will also make the player know that he is hacked and that the server didn't delete his cash by itself.
- Freezeall now freezes everyone in the same world, which means that admins are free to use this command for events in custom properties. Just make sure everyone is in on the event.
- /cash has been added in the zone as a start.
- Setaccinfo, addupgrade and deleteallpropobjects has been added into the logs.
- Admins who are no longer logged in can't see /asay messages.


Bug fixes
- /getlogs will now correctly display who got kicked.
- Since the AFK function in VC-MP is bugged, I have decided to remove the message saying that the player is paused when you PM them, because it can get annoying.
- Admin door 2 is now fixed. As I said in the last patch you can no longer Close admin door 1 and the admin office is opened for everyone and everyone can now teleport there.
- givecash, withdraw and deposit is no longer case sensitive for "all". (You can write All, ALL, AlL, aLL ... or just all)
- The message for kicking all property members should now be fixed.
- Getlogs syntax has been fixed.
- When you exit the zone you will no longer be invisible in some cases.
- A small text color glitch for /changepassword has been fixed. (Only a problem basically me and Rainbow sees).

Commands
Here's a list of all the new commands added for the server.

/suspects: Displays a list of potential hackers, but could also display brand new players.
/permaban: Used on ban evaders, to make it a Little harder for them to evade bans.
/nameban: not sure if it was nameban or /banname, but either way this bans an account from ever being used again.
/UID: Displays a persons UID, mostly because of curiousity.
/addupgrade: Adds an upgrade to the player. Abuse of this command will be added in the rules.  
/spectate: A command only for admins as an alternative to F12
/setautologin: Disabled or enables autologin for an account.

Good job angel! didn't you add a cmd like '\' (backslash) for teamchat? I think it was suggested weeks ago, anyway it is awesome
