It was ryuga, he most likely used accounts he himself owned. I checked the accounts and most of them had a join date of 2016. Either way all of his accounts are permantently ban. If we get more spam maybe that's something we have to add.

Another Suggestion  : i prefer also to put some Limit's For posting any new topic , like Member's/regiter's/other's  can post one post every 10-30 min's (An appropriate period time) .

and for krolzZ , you can secretly tell angel about giving you free access (for admin's) and other's no , and the report itself won't Run/GoAway/wasted if you dont post it , you can post it later and there is no such rule said you that you have to post all of your report's one time , maybe your time In disarray then try your best to orginaize your time ;v , no one here forcing you to post all report's one time , so you have to adapt with the system because sometime's there no choice .
if my suggetion Added to Angel list then Ryuga will post little post's not many post's like today , its good way to evade spam

We're humans, we can't let machines with no AI do all the work, sometimes we need to post more than normal, so, its better not to implement the thing you're currently talking about and instead, let someone else handle those spam.
