He would get kicked in no time due to the clan system, nothing to worry about Very Happy

I can't do anything about it, I'll keep it open in case a higher level admin does something.
EDIT: Just came up with history, it seems like you( 'Casper' ) are impersonating him( 'VK.CaSpeR' ).
So, I suggest you to change your name :p

Couldn't understand. Anyways, what shall I do now? Warn/kick/ban whom lol? VK.Casper was inactive so 'Casper' took place, but 'VK.Casper' owns the 'Casper' name more than the 'Casper' lol

I spoke with him and said that he is VK.Jaffa --> https://vkserver.forumotion.com/t4282-accepted-vk-application#59186 . So why he changed the name in Casper?

He changed to Casper when your name was Ryuga so you should change your name.
