BUT i remember in a death evade report it was by laham and i dont remmeber who deal with it, anyways he said he get killed when he back, so no need to punishiment him.

This video recorded on 26-December, i know he always fail in Pause Evade, but it will take a long time for us to kill him and he might be saved by his friends. So although he failed, he still should be punished.

is a Fail Evade, He got kill but still being a rule breaker because his intetion is still there, where? in his brain. He needs a punishment, if not, he will be do it everytime as always did.
Ah, remember he is a /q evade an RQ evade too.
Repeat, if he doesn`t get a punishment, he won`t learn anything. Now, if he gets warn it, he won´t do it again because now he knows is bad to do it.
