Date and time of Rulebreaking: TODAY
What did he do? Describe please: he kick me becuse i have 500ping , he said me fix ping or kick i said i cant fix and u cant kick me just becuse i have high ping, but then he kick me , he did this before and the report is accepted but he didnt get any punishment i knw he will just say soory and leave he will not get punished this time also but still i will report for sake of server,he is ruining server by implating his own rules

In my opinion Devil has really improved from the past. I agree that we said that his previous chance was his last, but in my opinion if there is improvement in Devil then we shouldn't leave him forever on that last chance and should maybe reset 1 or 2 warnings.

This is just my opinion and Rain gave him the last chance so it's up to him to make the decision.

The thing is not that if we should give him a chance or not being a level 7 admin kicking for such an awful reason which doesn't even match with rules is weird

Some days earlier he said in game that : "This server is love i can use all acmds here " He also use to annoy other admins like if some admin change the time he set it to default they do again and then he change again don't wt* is wrong with him.

First of all don't double post. Second, that statement he made ingame is not important because I say many things ingame too as a joke along with many other admins. Third, I've noted you changing time without asking other players and maybe that's why he changed the time back. If this is not the case then please provide a chatlog of that day if you want to have any weight in that statement and want us to consider it while making a decision.

I don't want you to change your decision i also agreed the idea to gib him a chance that day me and leo were checking something and thats why we changed the time and for that reason he changed again i asked him why?; he said that "Angle have told me to" i asked what angle told you to he didn't replied

Well you're not allowed to change the weather or time without the consent of the players. The majority of the players in game should agree to it. And it's not my decision, it's just my opinion as I left the decision on Rain as he was the one to give him his previous last chance so will decide if Devil deserves another chance.

Devil seems to think it's okay to break the rules at certain times and doesn't seem to take his job seriously. I am demoting him to level 1 for a week like we did with sufy. He has to contact Rainbow Dash as well to re-do the admin test. Thanks for reporting.

Hopefully this will help him to improve. If he thinks this is unfair in any ways, then he isn't ready for this job.
