Crystal | Flake resigning

Hello everybody,

I am here to announce a very important decision I have taken. As of today, October 22 2016, I am officially resigning from the staff. The reason being is that I think I am not fit for this position; I always abuse my administrative powers and I do not contribute at all to the server. I may or may not play on this server anymore. I apologize to everyone who misses me, I have thought a lot about it and this is, unfortunately, my final decision. I hope that you all can find a place in your heart to forgive me. I am very sorry again. Thank you for your cooperation.

I sent a PM to Crystal telling him that his behavior here: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Was unacceptable and since that I can't demote him I told him that if he didn't post an apology I would resign myself. I made a promise to him long ago that since he ported over the server to 0.4 that we were equal and I wasn't planning on breaking that promise, which is why I told him that. He took that as a threat, which is understandable, but to me that's not a threat because the action I take is entirely my decision to make.

But I knew when posting that, that I wouldn't have to resign because I know CrystalBlue would realize he had made a mistake and apologies. Which is what he did.

I have no idea how to deal with a head manager resigning. It's like a king leaving his kingdom. You are resigning on a position that will disappear if you resign. You can demote yourself in-game or whatever, but since I am technically in charge of his forum. I am not going to remove your level until you've had a few days to re-Think your decision.

If you by then still want to leave, I have to say that the server wouldn't be here without you. You might not script for the server anymore and you might have not done it for a long while, but your work is the reason why we are all here and you deserve all the credit and thank you's for that. Good luck whatever decision you make.
