I suggest to add something like /sellcartoplayer to give a car to a player without  paying example :v: i have a admiral and i want to sell it not share and a player offers me 1m if i did /sellcar he will have to pay the full price for the admiral instead i can just do /sellcartoplayer something like that to give the admiral to the other player it's like giving a key car to another person without selling the car rip english ;v

-1, its not necessary for the server you can deal with player play using /talk or /msg.

My Suggestion:

I would suggest that, if you buy a car like 1M, and set him price to 1.5M and set it to "For sale" so If anyone wants to buy it they should do like /offer <player> <car id> <price/offer>. To other play: A player offered you to sell your ID 97 car for 1.5M.
/Acceptoffer or /rejectoffer. It will be easy and much more liking :v

I think it's really fun that guys have found an unofficial way of making more money (unofficial way: Not scripted), but I personally think car trading should be handled without the use of any special command. You can always get a head admin or a manager to watch over your transaction, in case you don't trust the player.
