Rulebreaker (in-game name): Stylish
What did he do? Describe please: trying to spawn kill since FAN join server , fall hack , hp hack
after he fall down(he work's his hack on) FAN shot him and his hp not changed after his fall ( his ping was normal checked and shown on video )
Date and time of Rulebreaking: 1 hour ago
anywitness's :[HK]Haris ( also he spam that he is cheating)

if it was hp hack then why did i lost hp with your grenade ? his m60 builets were going from upper side.
and the spawnkill video proofs nothing, i didn't kill you for the first falldown i'm aware of rules more better than you.

what happen with you when you fall down never happen with me . u know what player's call me before mounth's , pr0 tele kill . u have no Experience with tele kill . your ping checked and you have nthing else than hack .
about awaring The Rules . dont be pr0 pls , hack still hack . its not matter if you aware rules or not , there is some peaple awaring rules more than you and caught hacking or breaking the rules , dont be pr0 pls . i think those peaple who awaring the rules know the suit time to use hack's . such as no admin's or try to spawn kill . (Features anger)

Doesn't look like hack. The first kill is just a bug that happens in VC:MP and is not related to lag. And in the 2nd one stylish dodged the spaz bullets.
And about Spawn kill, it doesn't matter if he tried or not, he can only be punished if he did Spawn kill.
