Hi guys today i opened my gmail and got some 400 messages from vk i want to stop these message to get my gmail its is ruining my inbox i cant event delete them now its 400..I dont need any messages to gmail i visit everyday to vk forum and i  can see it myself pls tell me how to stop this before it spams my inbox with 9999999 messages..

maybe there is option in Profile settings to stop sending emails of watching forums check it los

I checkec profile settings but its not there prefences guys do 1 thing u do it and screenshot it and send me or make a video and send me..
