Here's my opinion on you and your app:
1. Your application is average, which means that you didn't spend much time on it. It would have been fine, if you had a great reputation, knew everyone and have played on the server for a long time. But you haven't done/showed any of that, which means that the app is the only thing that can make us accept you which isn't likely if it is just average.
2. In vc-mp NYB has a bad reputation and is considered an unreliable and an unserious clan. This might lead the admins to assume that you're unreliable and an unserious person and there for vote no on your app.
3. Please re-answer this: Can you visit the at least forum once a week or leave an LOA (Inactivity report) when you can't?
It is very important that we understand your answer to that question. I have no idea what you mean by "when I will can't".
Anyway, I wish you good luck and remember that you need to be very active while your app is pending!

I accept with Angel, Sam and will vote for neutral like Silence did. Your app is most likely an app of Anakin Skywalker that has just decided to join Jedis, you haven't been playing here for a while and you don't almost know none of community members. As seen from your grammar, your English isn't that good to mark it as "spoken", I am pretty sure you will not get most part of what I said without using google translator or whatever you use.
