It sounds like a good idea and I want it for variety, but unfortunately the majority of players won't like it. It has been sunny in VKs for 4 years, why? Because as soon as the weather isn't sunny people get upset, some even lag in different weathers.

Night is also a good time. Majority of people agree with it. Also it would be a good idea if we set the time to match a timezone where most VC:MP players are from such as Pakistan/India. Also if we have a specific time in the server then we can arrange events from that time so we won't have to ask everyone for their GMT. Everyone can note what the difference is between their time and the server time and then come for the event according to that.

Diff weather = FPS Lag for some players.
Diff time = like 90% player likes Sunny weather as they are use to it and its good for FPS and 99% server got sunny weather and time. (12:00)

Believe me KAKAN, I want that variety as well, but I am 100 % sure that 90 % of the players won't like to have dynamic time.

I really want to add that, but unfortunately VC-MP doesn't have a function to set time in different worlds. The time in VC-MP is the same for everyone in every world. (Custom properties are in different worlds btw)
