Since everyone quotes the same thing. I would like to add some for reasons for why you aren't getting any yes votes:
* You're not active on the forum at least not since you application.
* You're in NYB a clan that is hated in the VC-MP community (There isn't a rule that no NYB can apply, but most admins vote no when they see the NYB tag).
* You clearly rushed through the process of applying and missed out on reading the rules and you didn't even answer the full format.
Apart from that I congratulate you on surviving the email confirmation that most applicants have a hard time with and I have to give you credit for coming so long in the process!
Btw any admin that agree with this can quote this post as your reason and write your vote. Unless you of course have something else to add.

I see no reason to drag this out, no one voted in your favor. If you haven't read this already read it.
Apart from the reasons I have stated you're neither active or capable of speaking understandable english, which is something that is required.
Your application has been denied. You're welcome to reply again once you become active full time.
