This was in /proploc 32 and no one except Zeyad was there (Who agreed as I asked him before I was hacking) I told Viper not to come but he just did /proploc 32 and started shooting.
As you can see I didn't want to fight with the hack that's why I did /q (And Evade?? How can you evade with hack?)
Also I never used Jp hack or any hack in the 2016 event!!!

Hacking exception: In very rare cases you can be given permissions to "hack" in other worlds where no players are present in order to test a system, find a hidden locations and other things.
As you can see I didn't want to fight with the hack that's why I did /q (And Evade?? How can you evade with hack?)
Also I never used Jp hack or any hack in the 2016 event!!!

There was no admin but as there was a player there I also asked him before I did it and told others not to come from what I know It's important to ask the player/s in the prop before doing so. The prop wasn't locked and Viper came in.

The rule you quoted means that if you have permission from high admin then you may hack in another world where all agree to it. I think you didn't understand this rule which is why I'll just give you a warning next time and request you to be more careful. When dealing with reports I don't look at who is the rule breaker, I see every player equally while dealing with their report, I hope no one thinks I didn't ban him because he is my clanmate.
