Rulebreaker (in-game name): 2048(x) , he is emi playing with diffrent name
Date and time of Rulebreaking: today
What did he do? Describe please: spamming , provoking
he is very old player he knows evry rule very well but still he break rule evrytime , recently he is banned for hacking and he is just got un banned yesterday and  started rulebreaking  again , he also use slide hack in my prop for killing me but unfortunetly i dont have recorder that time so i cant report him for hack but still he spamms and provoke me it is enough , he breaks rules repetedly i want strict action aganist him.
