What did he do? Describe please: Speedhack (I warned him serveral times. But he ignored. So I recorded him using test nick)
Players who witnessed the violation (in-game names): [SK]Emi , [RRZ]Zeyad_Ahmed

1. He maybe had lag.
2. I think it was slide (Slide is a bug that many players reported it and VC-MP developers being lazy to fix it).
3. You have Parkour mod so if he press any button it will appear as a jump or anything like that in your screen.

Come on, Ive been using parkour mod all these days and all other players are normal. The only thing different is that when someone runs and stops quickly he does a parkout. All the other anims are in original form!

This is not speedhack according to me, this is due to maybe your lag, or his lag or VCMP bug and the evidence is also not that much clear.
