Leaving Event Staff

Hello everyone, i'm here to announce that i left the event staff, there are some reasons behind it, i can not handle the bunch of guys alone, it makes me really annoying when you're saying something and everyone starts talking useless and your msg will be ignored, neither i have any admin power for the advantage, but it's not necessary to have admin access while being in event staff, i hope there are other players who can perform this job better than me, thank you

And after finishing the event, instead of appreciating your work,  what are you hearing from others, that the prizes was very high according to the tournament, it shouldn't be that much, etc etc it's better to not give your hardworking and time for the pointless thing.

All I can say is that I told. My rules when I was hosting it: No talking, no moving, you are all my slaves and if you do anything that I don't tell you to then you are kicked. By doing that and having one person to prevent people from talking worked for me too.

I might attempt to host one myself where everyone is muted and can't attack unless they are dueling. There is probably a way to make it work, I'll try to see if this technique might help.

Obviously, it would easily work, because you have access to everything, i personally think that the event staff should have some cmds to make it work, thats it.

The thing i like about Stylish is that he is being honest with his work, if he can't handle it he just says he can't. Well best of luck friend.

It will be Easy like this.

With mutual Agreement, We can decide that Its one admin duty to come and Handle the Monthly Event with Stylish. We Have like 7-8 active admins here.

Just like 1 month's Dm Event= Is duty of one admin and so on.

Unless we are going to get a level 8 admin or a higher level one that wants to join the event staff to help out with muting, using /canattack, /bring, /freeze and such it's going to be hard. I will organize the event once, it will probably not be as fun for the players. But I will show you guys how it's done without any problems (if I can get one or two admin to help me out (Your level doesn't matter)).

Basically needs an admin that responds to anyone who is not in the event saying what I am doing and why I am ignoring that person.

I also need an admin to help use commands on players. I will basically say: Hey admin1 freeze these players or whatever. (If you are level 3-7 I can make you like level 8 for the event only if you behave and do exactly what I say).

I will definitely not be organizing it more than once, but I will be organizing it the next time and if anyone wants to learn how to do without any players screwing up or being annoying come and watch.

On my events I am going to require 100 % silence from everyone (with /mute) I am going to use /canattack so you can't attack and I am going to lock all players who are not fighting in a cage where they can stay and watch the fight. That's the only way to do it properly with a lot of players.
