Well according to rules you can hack in prop if eveyone in prop agrees to hack and since he said by entereing my prop you agrees that hacking is allwoed( he said something like that)

It is true that the rules says that if everyone in your world agrees that you hack then you can hack. It's a stupid rule and a rule that can abused but you don't care about that because you want to hack. I will however say that not even me or you got the power to give players orders unless they are breaking the rules. When you say: "if you join my prop you have to agree to me hacking" there is nothing that says that they have to. I suggest you lock your property and kick out people who doesn't agree before they report you, if they are in your world and they don't agree with you, which viper obviously didn't do then you are breaking the rules.

I suggest you make an apology or I will vote for removing this rule and I am sure no one in the management staff is stupid enough to vote against my favor.

Everyone makes mistakes and nobody blames you just be the better man and clean up after your mistake.

i also want to remind you that even Andri you and me are slaves under the rules. We can't make any orders to players unless they are breaking the rules. That's how the police system irl works. Even the chief of police can't give orders to normal civilians that are not breaking any law.

It was 'legal information', you see sites that say 'by browsing this site you agree to do this' or apps 'by using this app you agree to do this'? its enforced by the law, I can complain the police but

I am sorry but you don't have the authority to make 'legal information', no one has that power alone, because if someone had then that would mean that they are a dictator. Can I say: if you step into my house you will agree to be murdered if it's illegal to murder someone? I most certaintly can't. You did the exact same thing and left your door open. You opened your door (The custom property) and yelled out to everyone if you step into my house I will murder you (you will allow me to hack) and you will agree to it.

You don't have the power to decide what people can do and say what they can agree to, only corrupt people believe they have. Whether or not someone agrees to something is their choice, they can lie about what they agree to because that's their own belief and you have no right to claim you got the power to controls someones belief. It's true that in real life there are signs that says: If you step beyond this line military will open fire on you. But that's rules set by the government you alone is not the government and you alone got no right to act like you are the government. The community is the government and even though you sit at the highest position you have no saying in what the community decides.

I still recommend that you realize your mistake and do some damage control because this does not make us look good in any way, since you didn't apologies I am making a management topic about this.

You have missed to read my point 100 times. A user on the forum can't make "legal fact" all by yourself by saying if you visit my profile you will agree to deleting your forum account.

The same applies for a custom property. You can't make up legal facts because the custom property belongs to server and even though it says that you are the owner of the custom property, the property is technically owned by the server and it's the server that makes up legal facts and not you. Do you freaking get it now?

You own something inside our server which means that we the server make up legal facts and not the owner.

Wow if you're using that logic then if some website is saying that, it belongs to the web hosting software, not the guy who owns that page

Typical Crystal instead of trying to understand other people's view you just have typical attitude of breaking that view down by the smallest of mistakes. When I say that it's owned by the server I obviously mean the community as a whole.

Are you the good guy anymore? I don't see that anymore, right now all I see is a guy who is refusing to see what he is doing is harmful and bad for the server. You only care about your own selfies believes instead of the servers. My point of view was not that the server belongs to the software/script it belongs to the owner, but you are not the owner of the custom property in theory. It says in the server: Owner: CrystalBlue. Does that mean you got the total power to do anything you want. No. Your power is a state located in the server VKs. We don't allow our property owners or the people running the countries to make decisions that affects the whole server alone.

There is a video of you hacking a crime as serious as killing someone irl. You lured people inside your property by saying if you enter my property you have to agree to what I say, we as a nation (VKs) say that's wrong and you aren't allowed to do that because your property is located in our server.

You don't decide a shit. The community does.

Even if you own something IRL doesn't mean you can do anything with the thing you own. Just because you own a gun that is yours doesn't mean you can kill people with it for no reason. There are rules.

Okay i don't want to get involved into that whole conversation ehich Chuck and Crystal had, Crystal did what Chuck said. Thats over but even if Crystal did something wrong was there any point for Viper to send him a PM saying 'give alias permission and i will close the report'.

Crystal is a great asset and i agree we have to follow rules stricyly then i do demand to punish Viper for trying to bribe. Bribe in real life is a crime and if they do it here they should be punished. Crystal is one of the incharges of this server, what if any lower level admin or anyone else higher falls for that bribe? Would we allow this ruin the server?
Surely Viper also needs a lesson that this community isn't a corrupt one, if on tge reports of players higher admins are asked to report then surely players will also be asked to do the same thing.

You did make a mistake lol. Because in the point of view we go by: You don't own the property "legally" so therefor what you just did is similar to a forum user saying: "If you go to my profile you will agree to get your forum account deleted". In your point of view you assumed that you owned the property "legally" so therefor you had the right to put up stupid terms of agreements, but unfortunately we don't go by that view so therefor you did make a mistake, even if you didn't mean to.

I think that's the best answer I can give to sum everything up what has been discussed here. If you still don't understand or still don't why you made a mistake.
