i m really sorry for all my mistakes ,i first ignore someone if they abuse me but sometimes its not easy to tolerate
i accept my mistakes and from now i will never ever abuse anyone
if someone abuse me then i will just report him , i will not abuse him also.
i m really hurt from ban

its up to sardar. i dont think anyone should get banned at all for abusing but i trust sardars word if he said that he given you many warnings and tempbans in the past. i do however not see any attempts to use /ignore.
