Date and time of Rulebreaking:I didn't remember.
What did he do? Describe please: When he was going to buy a custom prop he ask all to give him money I give him 100k and ask which level will you share he said 2 I give 50k more means 150 k, so he said I will share you level 3. But now it's so long passed but he didn't shared me yet. I am on level 1 share.
Players who witnessed the violation (in-game names): [HS]Vipe[R], =KFt=Thunder.

Scamming: You aren't allowed to scam people on purpose or make a business out of it. If you are caught scamming several people in a systematic way, you can get punished.
He didn't scam u several times or in a systematic way so i think its not a rule

No! He scam me too and server logs are up and up in the folder. We don't have any proof so what will we do for it?
He take 300k from me and error has scam me too he takes 300k and then i say delshare me prop and give 300k back so he gives me 200k not 300k i want them
