[Closed]Suggestion - Private board for Admin App.

Hey Guys,
              I just want to suggest that there should be a private board where we will discuss Admin Applications privately. This will really help us and prevent spamming. The admins will feel free to discuss the negative points about the Applicant.
Implement it if you want.

No, Admin Application should be Locked then we will open a Topic in Our private board, We will post our vote in private then the decision aka Accepted/Denied will be posted to locked Application.

Players know other Players better then Admins, Just letting Admins decide privately, Will just lead into all immature kids ruling VKs staff. Because the theory of Majority wins will be followed and even after 100 proofs are shown against the Applicant some of the BLIND and DEAF Admins won't vote NO!

Just want to say, if we vote and slap on their face with our vote, we will get to know his temper level.
Maybe, he'll boil in rage by hearing to our reasona of vote and we can get to know him well.

Also, i also suggeated this about 100 months ago.

Should be mandatory and in fact all admin applications should be moved there by a level 8+ admin as soon as someone applies.

Well,  I guess we can open a poll in our private section and vote yes/no along with the reasons. That way we can point out things straight off without fearing for anything.

PROS:-
1. That will prevent the unnecessary spam to occur.
2.  That will help admins to state the reasons briefly and more specifically, being free to share their judgement on someone and have their views for or against the applicant.
3. Doing so will be great since the applicant(s) won't be able to know what discussion is being held in the background without him/her knowing it.

CONS:
1. It abstracts the points which the applicant might need to focus on while his app is still under discussion.
2. That can lead to controversies among the admins. Since some admins might stay with a particular trait while others would be going against. That will directly harm the relationship among the admins. Indirectly, affecting the server.

But, I affirm with the suggestion. It should be brought into action. So +1.

Not only vote, we csn also discuss our reasons behind the vote and also argue (not negatively) with other admins opinion and then when we've come to a conclusion then the decision of the application will be made. We can also have a half time in an application like if applications are open for 4 weeks then we admins have 2 weeks to point out good and bad qualities in the applicant and 1 of the 8+ admins will post our points on the application and allow the applicant to improve. We can also contact the applicant through PM or ingame to give him extra feedback, and then at the 4th week we conclude whether the applicant has worked on improving the bad qualities we mentioned.

This well help us admins engage more with each other and see each other's point of view. Also it will help keep our votes anonymous.

So, I guess we should probably accept this suggestion and put it into action. Also, I would like to request a higher level admin to lock this topic and mark it as accepted.
