Date the bug occured:After patch 3.1 got released
The command the bug belongs to: is a irc bug
Description of the bug: The server msgs doesn't receive the channel and we can send msgs and use cmds.

It's my stupid fault. I must disable IRC when I script on the testing server to not mess with the servers IRC. Which is why the IRC messages are only being sent to the server and none are being to sent to IRC. I have a message that clearly says: Transfer IRC everytime I open the script, but some how this noob (me) forgot to do it anyways. It will be fixed as soon as possible probably when I transfer the new treasure hunting event this weekend.
