After seeing the improvements made. I would really like to change my vote.

2.Try not to post much in your application.
3.Try to help and be friendly so that everyone give positive reviews.

we all agree that you are the most loyal, the most active and the one who has shown that he never gives up and is patient. but unfortunately we dont feel like you are very mature and will make a good admin at the start. we feel like we can train you into becoming a very active and decent admin, but right now we want to play it safe.
