This happens sometimes to me too. That's your ping and not the fault of server

This also happens with me alot at night. cuz the ping gets high reason is all people get time at night to do everything. and network goes busy.

Yep server lags at certain areas for me, Sometimes at malibu and near The Police station.

No this problem is from your PC. Try to maintain it, keep it neat and clean and away from papdi and drinks.

ESC>Options>Display>Draw distance
set to zero
ESC>Options>Display>Frame limiter
set to on
type in game
/setconfig game_framereserve 200
/setconfig game_antialias 0
/setconfig tag_quality 0.5
The last two will sacrifice appearance for performance.

I too encounter with lag these days since Vrocker the Hoster is live streaming some game(s) on youtube.
You can check out his channel if you're interested to know why it lag(s).

P.S: To be honest, I can't assure why it lags but I guess the reason is as stated above. I've asked him if he is doing that or no and if yes then to stop it.

I can't lol. Hari didn't it take you like 10-50 minutes to download the files while the rest took like 10 seconds? Are you sure it's not your internet? I won't change because there are no better hosts out there. I pay about 8 dollars a month for it.

Guys the problem as you said, because VRocker is hosting the server.
There is another problem, when i shot Baba or Stylish their hp don't decrease because they already moved but in game they are still in front of me because of their high ping. Or there is another reason that Baba is pr0 Hax0r!!!!!! Or another reason i'm pr0 sux0r!!!!!

The server can send info to me and I can send it back all in 0.2 seconds.

VRocker host as its best, Hari, 256KB net wouldnt help you + P4 or p2 PC wouldnt help you also.
Suggestions:
Buy new PC with Core2Due or Higher with 4 GB ram and 300GB hard disk
Buy new NET 2MB per second
This will help you too play easily

Unlocked, the VRocker host in France is incredibly ridiculous.
"Thats the answer right there... I know of one server that is hosted by Vrocker that the host is in France, without a ping limit my ping will sometimes get around 1100. I suggest the server should take the time to find a good host location.. . New York location crashed my server randomly for Vrocker hosting... That would be worse because Angel has a slower net compared to the VRocker host, and also VRocker is on 24/7 while Angel's host needs to restart/off occasionally.
