What did he do? Describe please: Avoiding death by pausing the game. and He did death evade also and some more noobish Things.

If you take VC:MP's sync into consideration then it might have been an evade on your screen. But if you check carefully he went afk in the first place and then received your bullets. So I anticipate it's not an evade.

It is an evade when i were shooting him his hp goes low and he just go afk. and didn't come back in 2 mints and during 2 mints i left the server so i didn't get any kill of him..

Sry but the above furnished evidence doesn't fulfill what you claim. But If you can provide enough evidence which would show the clear and valid rule break then we might take this report into consideration. Anyway, I'm leaving this case upto the higher level admins to handle. I will abide by their decision.
