What did he do? Describe please:
He Said That Angel Has Told Him To Find The Places For Treasure Hunt. I Asked Him Can I Help Him ? So He Warned Me Reason : You Know The Reason. Then I Said When Angel Will Come I Will Ask Him. Then He Started Finding Loc For Treasure Hunting Then I Used /c goto Res (i didn't used it for killing). When I Went To Res He Freezed Me Giving Reason: Stop Following Me. Then He Type !radaroff. Then I Type !loc Res Then HE Warned me twice Don't use !loc. After That When I Typed again /c goto res He Kicked Me Giving Reason : Using Admin Cmds For Advantage.

Since res most likely will host the server together with me, he got the permission to help me in the treasure hunting event. People that are finding locs for the treasure event should not be followed and has the permission to use admin commands from preventing players to cheat. Res did nothing wrong, but the rules says nothing about this so you didn't do anything wrong either. I'm adding one more rule to the "other commands rule" that says that if a high level admin tells you not to use a command you have to stop using it and report the high level admin if he breaking the rules.
