What did he do? Describe please: Death Evade he pause his game.

Players who witnessed the violation (in-game names): Thunderhead, Nightmare, etc.....

I know i didn't provide video below but you can see that msg in these Screen Shots i killed his partner and his half health is gone and then he evade.

Either way, Gamer, I'm sorry but your evidence doesn't really show that the rule 'death evading' was broken, therefore, Report Denied if you find any other evidence feel free to make another report, if this decision is wrong, any higher level admin please let me know.
