Could have reported this to Hitman who was ingame instead of reporting.

Rocket glitching includes fast switching with a rocket launcher in such a way that explosions does not appear or does not affect the wielder of the weapon. Anyone that is caught ABUSING this glitch should be equally punished as a wall glitcher.

is he abusing the glitch or did it only happen by mistake. thats something we have to consider. what brings down your proof is that:
- you only showed him doing it once.
- the second time he took damage and died so therefor that was not a rule break.

i will put this report as warned and its up to you make a new report and include a link to this report if it happens again after i close this report. if you show proof of him doing this again he will most likely get temp banned (if we remember this report. a good thing would be to linked this one in your next report).
