For me those pics that you have uploaded show a valid reason to warn/kick you.
You were insulting an admin "Hey Res don't act like a little kid". That is a good reason to warn or kick.

I would please like to know why eAgle kicked you and how/why you abused him after that.

Res please post your side of the story as well.

Hey Harry I Think You Didn't Saw The Pictures Carefully In First Pic I Was Saying To Restricted That Eagle Kicked Me And I Was Asking For Help From Restricted But Restricted Didn't Listen Me And Kicked Me 1st Time . But I Thought Restricted Is Eagle's Friend So He Will Not Believe Me So I Rejoined The Server And Was Playing Like A Normal Player After The 2 Mints Of My Rejoin Restricted Kicked Me 2nd Time :@

In this picture http://postimg.org/image/dgfe4c5z7/ you say: "All weaposn are allowed" -> Minigun is not allowed, the only way you can get it is dueling someone and setting the weapon to "minigun" and that will be removed soon I think.

In this picture you say exactly what I wrote above. The only admin action in this image I can see is Res warning himself (why ever he did that). So you weren't kicked and everyone could read the message.

This is how the result will look like:
STRIKER: There is actually NO reason ever where you can say you got challanged or something. If you get kicked or you think admin treatment on you is not as it should be, take screenshots and post on the forums, as you did, but not insult the admin. Our server rules say: Don't flame/insult others. You are an admin applicant and you must follow the server rules ALWAYS.
Remember this: I saw you now once insulting administration. I am someone who gives everyone, doesn't matter who, a second chance. YOu admin app will stay open and will not be denied for now. But I don't give three chances: Next time you insult administration or break server rules your app will be denied instantly.

Res: In those pics I see you also insulting STRIKER as a "crying baby" or something. Same for you, you are a manager and you have to follow the sevrer rules ALWAYS, as well as everyone else. Also do not disarm players because you think they hack minigun, they can get a minigun whn duelling someone with a minigun and that is for now, completely legal.
