If its rule breaking so I want to tell u I have thousands of videos on Nightmare^ for short range rocket shooting.
If its rule breaking so he must be punnished for this.

thanks for reporting. but the 7 second long clip shows how the player shots at you in close range, get damage by your stubby shot and then dies from his own rocket.

"Rocket glitching includes fast switching with a rocket launcher in such a way that explosions does not appear or does not affect the wielder of the weapon. Anyone that is caught abusing this glitch should be equally punished as a wall glitcher."

so my conclusion:
1. he was killed by his own rocket which means he was affected by the rocket himself and therefor he did not rocket glitch. so he didnt break any rules
2. even if he did he would only get a warn. you should collect more proof in the future and not waste time on one time players who breaks the rules because they will most likely not come back.
