From this evidence we don't have enough proof to punish him.

Here is an example: If someone is accusing me for hacking and I say yes I'm hacking. So does that mean I can be punished for it because I said I'm breaking a rule?
In my opinion in the example I can't be punished for saying that I'm rule breaking. So in my opinion we can't punish him.

A video would be the best proof because it shows if both players are trying to fight or not.

We can't ban someone based on this info or assumption.

First Of all [GK].HardCore_KiLLeR is a 9 year old kid.
Second thing is he didn't know rules bcuz he is not in forum, so he can't read the rules.

I told him that its not allowed, if u will do this, u can get a ban too and he still did.
Other than ban there are many punishments too like reset stats and reset money

stats should be restarted

If someone is admitting a crime, but we don't have proof agaisnt him, so we can't punish him.

So we can't ban him, if another higher admin wants to reset his stats he can, but in my opinion Day Night Killer does not deserve a Stats Reset because we don't have clear proof.

So I'll just give him a warning so he's careful next time.
