Describe please: HP Hack, High Damage (He First Killed Me With Stubby in Normal World That Was The Moment I Realized Something Is Wrong He One Shot Me in Stubby I Brought Him To /OneHitKill Bcuz i Can Be Wrong Judging Him Too Early But Then It Was Proved His HP Was Also Showing Low (RED COLOR) I Also Tried Predicting Shots It Didn't Work Also. )
What /prop or what /world was he in?: He Killed Me in World 1 (Normal) Then We Went /OneHitKill (i Don't Know What World is that).

I Just Waited 2 Days Just to Complete my Waiting Time So I can play No Admin Was Online Just To /clearsuspect or Whatever that thing is. Hi, Garrison. You don't seem very experienced with the game, so there's some things you addressed in the video that can be justified easily. Unfortunately, from the video, we are not able to find any clear evidence. The correct approach would be to engage with him in a SPAS-12 or any shotgun and attempt to knock him down.

There's many variables in determining an HP hacker. One of those variables I was not able to figure out was his ping/FPS. If his ping was high, then your shots were not registering properly, which made you assume he was hacking. Same thing applies to FPS, however FPS is a little more consistent but still, not reliable. Also, the Destroyer (the weapon you are given in /onehitkill) isn't very accurate, so it's difficult to make a verdict out of this.

Since we also can't prove his innocence, our only options are for you to submit more evidence or we will have to deny this report but the staff will be keeping an eye on him whenever he's online. Also,

If we happen to see any video-editing, such as altering the video's speed, adding any visuals, animated transitions, or anything that could interfere, you'll be asked to re-edit it and submit the new one. If you have any complaints, please contact the management staff.
