Date and time of Rulebreaking:Today right now.
What did he do? Describe please: After getting rekt in a team fight he turned on his hacks as you can see in the video.
Notice snoopi got damage by molotovs.
What /prop or what /world was he in?: /world 1
Level in /suspects and /hackcheck info (Skip if you are not a server admin. /hackcheck should be sent to Angel if you don't wanna post it in public): NULL

I saw some warping and shuttering. Furthermore, there was a message in the chat, indicating you were loosing frames or your network speed wasn't stable (which is understandable in your situation). Point is, this may impact our observations with Raper.

Oh then it's my internet issue I guess.

0:13 he got knocked by his team nade I think and I tried to kill him with spaz but he didn't die so I think it's my internet.
At the end snoopi got damage by my molotov but that guy didn't so maybe deny this report.

Well Lol_Ishaan and dantex[V] saw the incident but I think they didn't record the gameplay. So I can say, they were eye witnesses.
