Was it happening consecutively? Never happened before, there is no any teleport pickup such as first to last stage I guess. Maybe you got some undefined upgrades. But if it continues I'll look after it after five years, either way, I'll use my laptop today to see what's the problem, thanks.

Thanks for reporting it, Sparker.
Basically if you add two /addcheckpointpickup.
The first one you added becomes /gotoc 1 and the second one /gotoc 2. If you enter the first pickup you can do /gotoc 1. If you enter the second pickup you can do /gotoc 1 and /gotoc 2. If you want people to just teleport to the checkpoint they have entered you need to use /addcheckpointpickup2.
So the problem was that the second pickup was added at the start and the first one at the end. So players could just enter the second pickup at start and then teleport to the first at the end.
I have now switched positions between both of the pickups so /gotoc 1 is at the start and /gotoc 2 is at the end.
