My application got denied more than fifteen times, and got accepted after 3 years of struggle, yeah that's insane, isn't it? Every single of my application taught me something different, and I learnt from it instead of starting mess of why do they deny my application always; What I want to tell you guys is that 'never give up on what you truly desire, a time will come when you will get what you deserve'. As far as I've seen, some applications containing small paragraphs even got accepted so one thing I probably know is writing 100s paragraphs doesn't make you admin instead of ability(yies).

It does show the dedication and potential of a person to work hard. There's a lot of work once you become an admin, and you may have noticed that lazy admins don't stick around too long.
