Is this possible to add skin ID 106 as a playable character in w1??

What do you mean by adding? If ya are talking about adding skin in prop, you can add any skin in prop.

As a playable character skin in w1.

You can use that skin via FFA skin menu, but if you are talking about making a separate team for that skin, that's hardly possible now.

Use skin name instead of using skin IDs, so that players know what skin you are talking about!
