Whenever we rejoin game then our spawnweps we set last time shoud not be removed.

Ofcourse, man! It's really irritating to set the same weapons we used to everytime because we DMers have their own weapons and only on those weapons we can fight better, so setting them up everytime is time consuming thing whenever we join the server.

My argument for this has always been:
If you always got your favorite weapons on hand you will never use any other weapons most of the time, because you're too lazy.
Maybe everyone here always uses /spawnwep and never plays without them and I understand that it can be annoying to type it.
I think it works like this: Everyone who really wants spawnweps are gonna type the command anyway. If the commands are saved the lazy people are just gonna play with the same weapon, which just decreases the variety in the gameplay.
Maybe everyone here just want the same thing over and over again, but that's not what I want.
People want to save nogoto on, radaroff and other commands, but if we do that then no one is gonna enable their teleport command we'll see how fun it is.
It's more likely for people to enable something than it is for them to disable something, that's just how it is, unfortunately.
