It was not just 1 death evade, there were several death evades and when admins were telling him to stop doing it he didn't want to listen. 
Refusing to listen to admins is a big offence

Want to share my Opinion he always ignore warning.
for example: He comment on my Admin App.
and he also ignore many warnings.
He should be ban for more time.
